Return & Exchange Policy

RETURN POLICY We are committed in providing you with a seamless online shopping experience. We understand that sometimes an item must be returned. Please send us a Return Request Email at sales@boutiquemexico.com and send back your item(s). You have 15 days from the date of purchase to return your item. All refunds are issued via original payment method; no exceptions. Late returns are accepted at Boutique Mexico’s discretion, and may only be refunded for store credit. We accept returns & exchanges on all regular and sale priced items. Please ensure that returned items are new, unused and have all tags still attached. Please include all designer packaging (e.g. shoe boxes, dust bags, tags etc.) with your return. We will not accept returns that are without designer tags, damaged, used and/or altered.

EXCHANGE POLICY If you’d like to purchase another item/style, please return the purchased item for a refund, and purchase your desired item/style as a new transaction. International Customers: If you live outside of Mexico, you will be responsible for potential duties levied on the replacement item. We are so sorry but we are unable to offer you complimentary return shipping at this time.

When you return an item please send us the following:

  1. The products you are returning
  2. Your order number
    Mail the product back to us in its original packaging to: Sofia Davis 10 Monmouth Park Place. Ocea nport, NY 07757.
  3. We are so sorry but we are unable to offer you complimentary return shipping at this time. You are solely responsible for the cost of return shipping. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your returned package has been received and your refund has been processed. If you would like another product and we hope you do, please place a new order.
